When it did work, the product was fantastic and lasted well through the day. Found out first hand that not long after the first use, the very tip of the pen completely dries out at which point the product becomes impossible to apply without patching. I don't have a lot of issues with it coming apart, although I do always have to brush it on a little card to get the ink running which feels a little wasteful. I love the firm felt tip, I prefer them a bit shorter. I've got heavy eyelids (partially hooded?) on smaller deep set eyes but I love a careful cat eye lol.
